Whether you are planning a big city wedding, an intimate cocktail party for friends, a holiday soiree for your employees or a fundraiser for your children’s school, Cocoa Belle Events will recommend the best venues and vendors while coordinating the logistics.

As part of our service, we will assist you through the often overwhelming event planning process, which may include any or all of the following components: creation of a theme, selection of vendors and management of vendors, coordination with venue for catering, rental needs, gift bags and favors, and we will even aid in hotel accommodations for guests. In addition, we can create and assemble out-of-town welcome bags for guests. An on-site planner is also available for the entire event.
